All coaching plans are tailored to each client. Schedule, lifestyle, and travel plans will all be taken into account. I will work WITH you to make sure you’re getting what you need from your running.

The Comeback

“The Comeback” is designed to safely start or restart your running. If you are coming back from injury, postpartum, or an extended break, this is the plan to build back your running base. You’ll have full access to me by phone, text, or email for the duration of your plan.

With this training plan you’ll receive:

  • A call or email (your preference) outlining your needs
  • A 1-3 month plan (tailored to your specific needs)
  • Weekly check-ins to tweak your plan
  • Accessibility to your coach

The 24/7

The “24/7” plan is a month-to-month plan where you work directly with me. You’ll have full access to me by phone, text, or email, and we can work to increase your speed, endurance, or just take the guesswork out of your weekly training.

With this training plan you’ll receive:

  • A call or email (your preference) outlining your needs
  • A month-to-month plan
  • Weekly check-ins to tweak your plan
  • Accessibility to your coach

The Race Day

The “Race Day” plan is just that — a plan to get you to the start line healthy and injury-free, while helping you PR. It is recommended you already have a base mileage in place before starting The “Race Day” plan.

With this training plan you’ll receive:

  • A call or email (your preference) outlining your needs
  • A set weekly plan tailored to your race distance
