After having my first child, Becca created a “return to running” plan for me once I was cleared to exercise.  She took into account my goals for running as well as my need for flexibility as a new mom, and created a plan that felt easy and achievable to help me get back in running shape.  And before I knew it, I was running even longer distances and at faster times than I ever had before baby!  She is a great listener and kept me motivated to keep going without ever feeling pressured.  Her methods are gentle and flexible, but still helped me achieve goals I didn’t think were possible for me previously!
